Questions sold from our standard quiz database as ordered from here are not for resale either in whole or part by you. They are for the purchaser or the company they represent to use only as part of a quiz game, book etc. and wherever used, the database supply should be credited to Instant Quizzes Ltd.

Each database is licensed to be used only once in any given one project in perpetuity.

This licence expressly excludes the supply of the database purchased to third parties for further use and/or distribution, use in more than one venue or use on more than one occasion

In all supply from our general quiz database, Instant Quizzes Ltd. reserve the right to resell all or or part of any database purchased.

Should you require question exclusivity and a guarantee that the question set that you purchase will not be resold or published elsewhere then this is available at additional cost- please contact us for a quote.
