All quizzes sold on this website are for the use of the purchaser or their representative only in one venue and on one given date. The date and venue of the quiz must be disclosed to Freequizzes if so requested and agreed by them prior to use of the questions.

Instant Quizzes reserve the right to withdraw your right to the questions at any time on receipt of a full refund.

Should you wish to use the questions on more than one occasion or in more than one venue on a given evening, please contact us.

Questions sold from our Multiple Choice Quiz Database section may be used in any way that you require provided that the database is not resold in whole or in part and if resold is done so as part of a package that securely protects the whole database. Prior to use, Instant Quizzes may require details of where the database is to be used and your rights to use same are reserved until that information has been forwarded and use agreed to.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Switch, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Delta and Electron. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Telephone orders are processed using our Streamline account, internet orders through our third party providers - SagePay and Paypal

Scratchcards are normally despatched same day as the order is received, multiple choice databases within 3 days - but normally same working day.

All picture quizzes and teaser rounds when ordered by post are sent with 15 colour copies.

Occasionally when paying by Paypal, their system does not send details to our server quickly enough for links to your quiz to appear on your receipt.

If you refresh the Paypal receipt page if links do not appear initally, you may find this will rectify the problem.

If this fails, or you have closed the Paypal page, please e-mail us and we will forward your quiz by e-mail.

Mutliple Choice databases will be available within 3 day - normally same working day if ordered before noon.

Scratchcards are despatched same working day if ordered before 3 pm.

Our normal office hours are Monday-Friday 9.30am-500pm.

Our partner for fulfillment of all credit card orders is Protx.

All questions are written and researched by the Instant Quizzes team. Should you find an error in any of our questions please notify us at mail@freequizzes.co.uk or on 01785 214529

We will immediately rectify the error and will refund the full price of your quiz or send a replacement quiz should you so wish.

We collect any information given at the time of ordering. All credit card details are collected on our behalf by our payment services provider Protx.Information is 'collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

All information collected about you is collected solely to fulfil the order you place. No unsolicited marketing material will be sent to you by ourselves or our partners unless you have elected to receive same by requesting to join our e-mail list. If you have opted to receive marketing material from us, this will be in the form of an e-mail sent on a monthly basis detailing our new quizzes on offer and any other news from the site. To unsubscribe from this e-mail, please follow the instructions detailed within it or e-mail unsubscribe@freequizzes.co.uk.

We endeavour to deal with all complaints within 5 working days.

Under the terms of the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days of placing same. Your right to cancel starts when the contract is entered into, and ends 7 working days from the "day after" the day that the goods are received. Provided the quizzes we send are returned to us unopened, all monies will be returned.

In the first instance, please contact cancel@freequizzes.co.uk or call 01785 214529. Monies will be returned within 30 days of cancellation.

Your right to cancel under the Distance Selling Regulations applies only to orders placed to be fulfilled by post. Under the Regulations, information that is received immediately (and the benefit had immediately), is regarded as being "opened" at this point. As such, it cannot be cancelled. Therefore all orders placed to be fulfilled by e-mail are exempt from these regulations.
